6. Do you plan to pick up your puppy in Henderson, KY or will you require a flight nanny?

7. Are you applying for a specific puppy, if so, which one? If not, what are you looking for in a puppy (eye color, size, coat color, etc.)?

8. Do you promise to contact us prior to rehoming your puppy at any point in the future? Our puppies will always be family to us and we want to ensure they are cared for their entire lifetime.

9. Do you promise to provide updates and stay in contact with us after you take your puppy home?
